The wearable market is massive. 1 billion devices in North America generate over 500PB of biometric data each year across sports, health, military, and medical fields. But fragmented, unstandardized data forces teams to redo cleaning and labeling, driving up costs and slowing analysis. In Synchroni’s early exploration stage, I proposed several key directions based on pain points. These efforts gave Synchroni a unique advantage in biometrics and opened the door to future applications & partnerships for millions of users.

I led the end-to-end website development, from information architecture to unified UI/UX design, making it a clear brand entry point. 2. Simplified complex technology into a clear brand narrative. 3. Built a seamless path from introduction to purchase, resolving previous bottlenecks in order handling. The results were significant!
